Following the historic meeting with his Holiness Pope Benedict XVI, we are writing, on behalf of Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani an-Naqshibendi, to extend an invitation to all those interested in building bridges of peace. It is an invitation to communicate and discuss the possibilities for combating extremism around the world, and to explore the conditions necessary to achieve a peaceful coexistence and a united humanity.
