Man does not read himself but with a microscope researches intensively about the tiniest creature. The Creator creates but man does not know why. The Quran says: Our Lord You did not create this aimlessly. There is a secret wisdom in Man. The Salafi ulama falling into modernity debate about knowledge taught by the Creator to His Beloved, instead they must wear the “dress of righteousness” and “follow the steps” of those whose only aim is seeking Allah’s pleasure. Such people exist in our day. They carry the secret power of the Beloved. Salafis must seek it.
Salafi Ulama, ‘Open It!’
Jun22 2010 English 39min
The Salafi ulama must not criticise simple people working for their Lord’s pleasure, says Mawlana. Instead, they should inquire about the purpose of Man’s existence in this life, according to the command Allah Almighty set, for the Prophet (sas) to declare to people. Mawlana adds that the absence of the Caliphate is the reason for Muslim humiliation. Against their claim of being Salafi, Mawlana presses the ulama to use the wealth of the Saudi Kingdom to fight falsehood and broadcast against it. He says, “Open it” for the common man so that they may understand.
Oppose Western Lifestyle
Jun21 2010 English 39min
The Salafi ulama are proud in thinking they know everything. Mawlana caricatures the ‘alim’ (scholar) and the bedouin, in an amusing dialogue. He explains that Allah Almighty likes humility and obedience, not pride. Mawlana also questions the Doctors of Sharia for their lack of guidance of the Muslims. He urges them to oppose the Western lifestyle.
Towards Divine Presence
Jun20 2010 English 34min
People are seeking, but they don’t know what it is they want. The desires of the ego prevent them from reaching eternal happiness. Those whose hearts belong to the heavens know. They ask for something for their original being. When Pope Benedict visited Cyprus, his meeting with Maulana had a significance the common man would not be able to understand. Maulana explains the Pope was taking power for flying away. Flying towards Divine Presence.
Jun19 2010 English 44min
Prophets were sent to call people to cleanliness. The representatives of Shaytan are present in everyone. People’s egos make them think they are owners, commanders and controllers of everything. Allah Almighty ordered Sayyidina Musa, alayhi salam to remove his shoes as he was entering the sacred valley, Tuwa. What is the wisdom? Muslims remove their shoes before entering a holy place but as a symbol, explains Mawlana, they are those shoes that tread on the heart. Every dirtiness, inner and outer alters Truth, brings uncleanliness. Therefore Allah Almighty orders: If you want to come to Me, come clean.
Forbidding the Veil
Jun17 2010 English 53min
Man needs Allah’s support every second. Why was all this created? Wasting our most precious grant, we are losing. We are toying with Reality. Shaytan has a purpose. Its creation must be the basis of moving closer to Allah. Now, it is impossible to move without the support of heavenly ones. Prophets were sent to advise people. What Allah granted the rich was to be shared with the needy. Forbidding the veil, as France has, carries a penalty. Passing a law over Muslim women requires that Muslim governments send France an ultimatum. Allah’s Order will prevail.
Jun16 2010 English 38min
Paradise is the life that Allah Almighty chooses for Man. Shaytan, Allah warns is our greatest enemy, wanting us to remain imprisoned in darkness and fear. Our real being needs heavenly grants but the desire for material enjoyments prevents us from entering the Lord’s Beauty Oceans. Presence in meetings supported by the heavens is therefore crucial. Heavenly winds reach the Earth and give the real being a power, just as the spring winds revive Nature. The physical being must be keenly attentive in order to experience and take a share of the power of these Heavenly Winds.
The Perfection of Man
Jun15 2010 English 42min
According to Allah Almighty’s Will, one wali controls everything on this planet. If Man understood the importance of his creation he would set down his forehead in obeisance, seeking Eternity. There is no aim greater than reaching the Lord’s heavenly presence. Unlike the disciples of Jesus who asked for a heavenly spread of food for their physical being, the Prophet’s Companions suffered hunger thereby reaching the real purpose of their existence. Now, the Ummah is occupied with the unimportant. They are heedless. They must gain self-knowledge and try to reach ‘kamal’: the Perfection of Man.
Man Needs to Open
Jun14 2010 English 40min
All knowledge is taking man to his Creator but the Salafi ulama are imprisoned inside four walls. They are not worthy of being addressed. They are incapable of understanding and the Prophet said: address people according to their level of understanding. Advance mathematics can help explain the universe but also in limits. None can reach the knowledge granted to the Prophet. Now, when people pride their selves in knowledge, heavenly authority is being given for a new understanding but people are ignorant about such subjects. All prophets came to open peoples’ hearts. Man needs to open.
Jun13 2010 English 39min
Allah asks the servant to witness Truth. To hear, see and understand Eternal Truth. Openings come to those who ask and they are awarded according to their levels. The heart must be in a wholly giving position. These realities are not learned from books. Holy guides have the keys to such learning and with angels to assist, help weak servants reach heavenly understanding. The physical being is unimportant but the understanding capacity spans the universe.
Give for Me
Jun12 2010 English 39min
What can people give to their Lord? They can grant Him their humbleness because humility signifies that the servant accepts his nothingness. The Lord created him, so he glorifies His Majesty. All creation does. The Lord has everything. He is not in need of anything. He gives, and also asks the servant to give those who are needy. He says: “Give for Me”.
Fihi Ma Fihi
Jun10 2010 English 40min
Allah Almighty sent prophets, but people turned against the prophets and prophecy. This is signified by the verse “ulaika kal an`am bal hum adall” in the Holy Quran. They are likened to animals, but Mawlana explains how this verse also applies to those who live in the present time. He emphasizes that everything is contained in the Holy Quran, using the title from a book by one of the Prophet’s inheritors: Fihi ma fihi.
Kill Your Ego
Jun09 2010 English 43min
Servants ask Allah and He grants more and more through His attribute, Al Karim. He grants endlessly. Those who reach the point of being forgiven reach their highest aspiration but the servant’s happiness makes shaytan unhappy. It creates problems for him and the servant becomes hopeless. Man is oppressing his own soul. He can only be free when the ego is crushed. Then, no evil can be created, nor any devil followed. Only Truth can be seen. Man must not worry or be hopeless of Allah’s Mercy. The Holy Quran therefore prescribes: kill your selves (egos).”
The Way Leading Straight
Jun08 2010 English 43min
Those who can understand will be valued in Divine Presence. People here are of two groups, drinking either from clean springs or from dirty channels. Western understanding of real religion is different from a Muslim one. The Muslim world is under western control, following their lifestyle, drinking sewage. They are making forms and calling them ‘god’. Why are we following them? Allah says: this indeed is a way that leads straight to Me.
I Am Nothing
Jun07 2010 English 43min
For Man to consider himself exceptional is the lowest level of ignorance and heedlessness. We are servants and we are all on the same level. None can claim the attribute of mightiness. It belongs to Allah Almighty only. The Prophet’s (s) Hadith clarifies this: I sit like the servant sits and I eat like the servant eats. This is enough to show an ailing Ummah the right way to be. It is a teaching for all nations. The crucifixion of Jesus Christ teaches: “I am nothing in my Lord’s Divine Presence”.
The Heavenly Balance
Jun06 2010 English 41min
People need good understanding to benefit from heavenly grants. If not, they will pursue something which will finally end up in nothing. Mawlana commenting on the mindless frenzy of modern day football illustrates that Allah Almighty has established a Balance for everything. He questions the Muslim ulama about their disregard of the Sharia and their negligence of the Heavenly Balance.
I Am a Servant
Jun03 2010 English 39min
Allah’s is Absolute Lordship. A servant is always under the command of his Lord, Allah Almighty. A slave cannot assume lordship but shaytan makes him say ‘I am someone; this or that’. Such a claim is artificial and impossible. Sayyidina Ibrahim’s story in the Holy Quran symbolizes the breaking of the idol of pride. Until this idol is broken man remains the servant of shaytan, expelled from the Divine Presence. Therefore, the Prophet (s) exhorted his companions to struggle against their worst enemy, the self. Man’s real position is in saying: I am a servant.
Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim
Jun02 2010 English 37min
The first command the Holy Pen wrote on the Preserved Tablet was Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim. Its blessings are endless. Its recitation brings rest and happiness. It is more than enough for locked hearts, blocked heads and anything else difficult to treat. Without it, everything is impotent. It descended from the Heavens for the prophets of other nations but was given to the entire Nation of the Beloved. In abandoning Belief, Mankind is losing its chance. The Heavens control the Earth. Good tidings to those who say it. Quickly connect to heavenly power. Say: Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim.
