What Is Paradise?

Know Every Night as Laylatu l-Qadr

Our Prophet ﷺ said it is mostly in the last ten days of Ramaḍān, especially the odd nights, though it may be on any night of the year. Therefore the elders said: know every night as Laylatu l-Qadr. Whoever prays every night will find this blessed night.

Do Not Be Sad Allāh ﷻ Is with Us

When the Prophet ﷺ and Sayyidunā Abū Bakr were in the cave during the Hijrah, Abū Bakr became anxious out of love for the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ comforted him with the words, “Do not be sad. Allāh ﷻ is with us.” When Allāh ﷻ is with you, nothing can affect you. In these difficult end-time days, protect your īmān, seek refuge in Allāh ﷻ, and ask for His ﷻ favour and mercy.

Seek Refuge in Allāh ﷻ

Allāh ﷻ has written what will happen from pre-eternity. People fall into panic about what will happen, but the one who is with Allāh ﷻ does not panic. Seek refuge in Allāh ﷻ and place your trust in Him ﷻ. Do not follow the ego and protect yourselves from evil. Our duty is to continue our worship and to serve people for the sake of Allāh ﷻ. This world is temporary, so keep your hope in the Hereafter.

Zakāh Is a Debt Owed to Allāh ﷻ

Zakāh is a debt owed to Allāh ﷻ, and believers must repay it. Allāh ﷻ praises those who establish prayer and give their zakāh. The Prophet ﷺ said that wealth does not decrease through zakāh or ṣadaqah. When people withhold it, thinking they gain something, they only deceive themselves. The best time to give zakāh is in Ramaḍān, when rewards are multiplied.

Walk in the Earth and See Allāh’s ﷻ Creation

Allāh ﷻ says in the Qur’ān to walk in the earth and look at what He ﷻ has created and take a lesson. Walking is the sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is beneficial and healing. While walking, a person can read Qur’ān and make tasbīḥ. Allāh ﷻ gives rizq from where you do not expect it, and by His ﷻ permission good people still exist.

The Sunnah of I‘tikāf

The Blessings of Ramaḍān

Our Prophet ﷺ said that seeking knowledge is obligatory for Muslims from birth until death. May Allāh ﷻ grant us beneficial knowledge, in shā’a Llāh.

Think Good of People but Don’t Be Cheated

But the Prophet ﷺ also taught us to be careful, saying a believer is not bitten from the same hole twice. Allāh ﷻ gave you intelligence and the light of īmān, so use them and do not let people deceive you.

Happy Are the Ones on the Way of Allāh ﷻ

The Barakah of Visiting the Graves of the Holy Ones

Visiting the graves of Prophets, Ṣaḥābah, Ahlu l-Bayt, and the righteous brings barakah to the believer. Allāh ﷻ sends mercy to these blessed places, and those who visit receive from it. Some people claim Muslims worship graves, but worship is only for Allāh ﷻ. Ziyārah is to take barakah and remember their good lives. May Allāh ﷻ make this way continue and keep us upon it forever.

The Trust the Mountains Would Not Carry

Allāh ﷻ says in the Holy Qur’ān that the heavens, the earth, and the mountains did not carry the heavy Trust, but the human being accepted it. Most people follow their comfort and make excuses instead of keeping this promise to Allāh ﷻ. The biggest favour from Allāh ﷻ is to stay on His ﷻ way, and the greatest miracle is to continue without looking for any higher place or fame. To continue on this way until the last breath is the greatest reward. May Allāh ﷻ keep us steadfast and protect us from the ego.

If They Are Straight, Allāh ﷻ Gives Plenty

Allāh ﷻ says that if people are on istiqāmah, there is enough for all, even more than enough. Istiqāmah is truthfulness, without deceiving or harming anyone, but people follow the ego, desire, shayṭān, and dunyā and cannot remain on it. When they leave this way, life becomes unblessed, and even though the world would be enough for eighty billion, in this condition it is not enough even for these eight billion. Allāh ﷻ created human beings to be straight, merciful, and helpful, yet many are outside the way. May Allāh ﷻ protect us from the evil of our ego and shayṭān.

Do Not Cheat Anyone – This Is My ﷺ Way

The Prophet ﷺ told Sayyidunā Anas not to cheat anyone, even in the heart, and said this is his ﷺ sunnah. Whoever follows his ﷺ sunnah loves him ﷺ, and whoever loves him ﷺ will be with him ﷺ in Paradise. A believer must not harm or deceive anyone, near or far, but think good for all people. The way of ṭarīqah is good character, following the path of the Prophet ﷺ with respect and love. Those who leave his ﷺ way lose benefit in this world and the next. May Allāh ﷻ keep us safe on his ﷺ way.

When Allāh ﷻ Sends His ﷻ Mercy, No One Can Stop It

Allāh ﷻ says in the Holy Qur’ān that when He ﷻ sends His ﷻ mercy, no one can stop it, and when He ﷻ withholds it, no one can send it. Rain is mercy from Allāh ﷻ, yet people forget that it comes only by His ﷻ command. No technology or knowledge can bring it without His ﷻ will. Be thankful for His ﷻ blessings, make du‘ā’ with ṣalawāt upon the Prophet ﷺ, and repent so that His ﷻ mercy may continue to reach us.

Speak the Truth Without Fear

Allāh ﷻ commands in the Holy Qur’ān to speak the truth that comes from Him ﷻ. Do not fear anyone. Whoever wishes may believe, and whoever does not may disbelieve. The greatest oppression is disbelief in Allāh ﷻ, and its punishment is the fire and boiling water of Hell. Whoever accepts the truth and comes back to the right way will have their sins transformed into rewards. May Allāh ﷻ grant people understanding so that they accept the truth.
